We’re now looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our compassionate team and help us continue delivering the best possible care for our residents. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and happiness of our residents. You’ll lead by example, delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting care staff, and maintaining accurate care plans.
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Developing and reviewing personalised care plans.
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.

About You
- We’re looking for a nurse who is compassionate, proactive, and truly cares about making a difference.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- A genuine passion for elderly and person-centred care.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Knowledge of care planning systems and CQC requirements.
