At Kiwi Children’s Services, we support children and young people with complex mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Our small, specialist home offers a calm, nurturing environment where young people can stabilise, heal, and grow.
We work in a trauma-informed, child-centred way, offering specialist interventions, access to therapies, and high-quality support.

Who We’re Looking For: You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be patient, resilient, and genuinely caring.
You’ll ideally have
- At least 12 months’ experience in a caring or support role
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
- Polish language skills (advantageous)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- The ability to stay calm and think on your feet
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism in reviews and multi-agency meetings
- The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people
