The role involves creating a warm, safe, stimulating classroom environment, designing and delivering a creative play-based EYFS curriculum, and forming strong partnerships with parents and carers. The ideal candidate holds QTS with a deep understanding of the EYFS statutory framework, is a confident practitioner, and has a good understanding of teaching phonics.
