The Campaign Specialist will optimise end‑to‑end campaign execution, translating diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for setup, optimisation, and delivery. In collaboration with Sales, Product Support, Operations, and Analytics, this pivotal role ensures high‑quality campaigns for our clients. As part of the Global Operations team, your attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in campaign execution will play a vital role in our success. Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications, conduct a thorough analysis of campaign details, and enter specifications into the Catalina Media Platform.
  • Execute client in‑store campaigns, adhering to client‑defined KPIs, using multiple platforms and applying best practices informed by historical insights.
  • Participate in handover calls with the sales team to align with campaign objectives and ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Implement thorough self‑check processes to address any missing specifications or errors at handoff.
  • Execute campaigns based on client requirements from Sales to achieve anticipated outcomes.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate launch of campaigns/programs on the specified start date.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and proactive critical thinking to identify and address potential roadblocks, communicating and seeking the right direction when uncertainties arise.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal partners to troubleshoot issues specific to campaign execution, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Keep key partners and leadership informed of any barriers that may prevent or delay delivery against client investment and plan.
  • Adhere to execution best practices, ensuring overall quality and compliance standards and managing against retailer and/or industry‑specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to contribute to the planning, piloting, and execution of new third‑party partner integrations as experience grows.
  • Stay current with media campaign management tools and act as an internal consultant and knowledge resource on the Catalina Media Platform (CMP) and targeting capabilities.
  • Deliver training sessions for various teams within Catalina, facilitating knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of industry experience in Promotions, Advertising, Marketing or Campaign Management across multiple channels; digital channel preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with campaign setup and execution across multiple media channels.
  • Strong technical skills to translate client requirements into precise technical specifications and input them into the Catalina Media Platform.
  • Ability to conduct thorough analyses of campaign details ensuring accuracy and high quality in execution.
  • Experience executing in‑store campaigns aligned with client‑defined KPIs while leveraging multiple platforms and historical insights.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation, responsiveness, and ability to build internal partnerships.
  • Proven capability to handle difficult situations and ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to participate in handover calls and align with campaign objectives.
  • Efficient management of timelines to ensure timely and accurate launch of campaigns/programs on the specified start date.
  • Proactive critical thinking and flexibility to identify and address potential roadblocks, ensuring comprehensive understanding of program intent.
  • Collaborative approach to troubleshooting and addressing issues specific to campaign execution.
  • Skill in keeping key partners and leadership informed of any barriers that may impact delivery against client investment.
  • Proficiency in creating documentation and recommending process changes and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while thriving in high‑pressure environments.
