We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Change Expert to join our Team. This pivotal role supports the development and execution of change controls and the updating of GMP documentation—including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Artwork changes—within a defined scope. You will play a key role in driving process capability improvements and ensuring business continuity across the Supply Chain function.
The Role:
- Change Management & Documentation
- Develop and execute change controls, technical documentation, and artwork updates.
- Manage implementation of approved technical product and process changes to agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all technical changes comply with current GMP standards.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety of people, processes, and equipment.
- Report and investigate any EH&S incidents in line with company policy.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain visual systems to track project status, priorities, and timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of training and adherence to change control due dates.
- Support effective transfer of process changes into production operations.
The Candidate:
- Strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a supply chain environment, preferably within pharmaceutical.
- Background in production/operations is a plus.
- A technical supply chain or commercial qualification (e.g. CIPS, APICS, IOM) is advantageous.
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and change management.
