We are currently recruiting for a motivated scientist to join the Formulation team within Product Development on a 12 month FTC. This role will support the development of new and improved products, contributing to enhanced patient outcomes.
The Role:
- Supporting formulation activities within Product Development
- Developing robust formulations using Quality by Design (QbD) principles and a patient-focused approach
- Gaining hands‑on experience with Zydis® within a development environment
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams on project delivery
- Supporting customer‑facing activities and translating requirements into practical solutions
The Candidate:
- Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry) or equivalent experience
- Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical formulation and/or process development
- Awareness of QbD principles and a patient‑first mindset
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams
- Confident supporting customer interactions and project requirements
- Proactive, flexible, and solution‑oriented approach
- Motivated to develop knowledge of Zydis® and broaden impact within Catalent
