Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision? We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of materials used in pharmaceutical clinical trial packaging.
The Role:- Inspect and sample packaging components, intermediate and formulated products, and clinical/commercial supplies against strict material specifications.
- Approve or reject packaging materials, pre-printed items, and medical devices based on quality standards.
- Handle the receipt and inspection of blank label stock and clinical supplies from clients and suppliers.
- Take and manage reference samples for traceability and compliance.
- Create and maintain material specifications for in-process visual inspections.
- Perform system updates and reclassifications using JD Edwards MEP.
- Collaborate with QA and Operations to resolve supplier issues and implement corrective actions.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial packaging environments.
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Skilled in inspection tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, and measuring gauges.
- Familiarity with sampling plans and inventory systems (JD Edwards experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
