Catalent’s Nottingham facility focuses on early‑stage development of small molecule drug candidates from the bench to clinic. This facility offers an array of services that support oral dosage forms that include characterization, formulation and analytical development, manufacturing and clinical packaging, labelling and worldwide distribution. This MHRA approved facility includes cGMP dose form manufacturing, packaging, analytical and development laboratories with OEB 1‑3 and controlled drug storage to handle even your most challenging products.
As an Operator, you will perform manufacturing operations in accordance with cGMP standards, record critical manufacturing data, complete and follow batch records and comply with standard operating procedures.
The Role- Carry out manufacturing and support activities in line with cGMP and QMS requirements.
- Record all experimental and manufacturing data to the required standard.
- Prepare, set up, clean, and maintain manufacturing and experimental equipment.
- Support the cleaning and upkeep of GMP and development areas.
- Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete batch records and cGMP documentation accurately.
- Work safely and in accordance with Health & Safety policies, ensuring risks are documented.
- Keep training records up to date and identify any training needs.
- Show flexibility to support business and client needs.
- GCSE in Maths and English.
- Experience in pharma production desirable.
