The Scientific Product Development department is responsible for:
- The initial technical assessment of new enquiries with Business Development
- Scoping of the work and providing support to Commercial Operations in the production of quotations
- Providing scientific oversight for the design and development of site project portfolio regarding drug product formulations, manufacturing processes, and associated reports and documentation
- Providing guidance, solutions, and oversight of the technical discussion and management of technical risks in project meetings
- Acting as the scientific point of contact for client meetings
- Ensuring robust product design and development strategies are executed to ensure successful outcomes
