Our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent's European clinical supply services network. This facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors' studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services.
Catalent's Bathgate facility is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Project Coordinator you will work with a diverse team of Catalent employees throughout the full Catalent lifecycle from proposal to close. You will engage with the proposals team, packaging, storage, finance and logistics departments daily.
The Role
- Coordinate projects from award to completion, managing timelines, documentation, client materials, depot setup, and inventory tracking.
- Attend internal and client meetings, visits, and audits; produce accurate minutes, actions, and project updates.
- Support client system access (Fusion Suite), collect KPI data, and provide forecasting and investigate and resolve invoice queries.
- Support Project Managers with delegated tasks, act as liaison when required, maintain training documentation, and assist with SOP updates.
- Gain proficiency in JDE and Workfront, provide flexible support across the Client Services team, and promote environmentally responsible practices.

- Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
- Calm and collected in nature, highly organised and able to prioritise effectively to meet patient supply deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in IT systems, including Word and Excel and be able to learn on site systems.
- The ability to work as part of a team, adopting a right first-time approach.
