Our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent’s European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors’ studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain® demand‑led supply, clinical‑scale commercial packaging, and QP release services.
The Role
- Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address billing issues.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payments and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Monitor aging invoices, escalate unresolved cases, and prepare resolution reports.
- Cleanse historical purchase order data and raise supply chain purchase orders as needed.
- Support vendor onboarding with Global Procurement and Contracts Admin.
- Provide short‑term cover for Materials Planner when required.
- Contribute to PSQDC metrics and promote environmental sustainability initiatives.
