With nearly 25 years of experience, our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent’s European clinical supply services network. This 141,000 sq. ft. facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors’ studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain® demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services.
We have an opportunity for a Pre Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices. You will support the generation of clinical trial packaging documentation and assist in process improvements. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our Preproduction department.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 9 - 5 (4.30 on Fridays)
Location: Bathgate, UK

The Role:
- Prepare and generate study-specific clinical packaging documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with GMP and relevant SOPs
- Maintain high quality standards, documenting deviations where required
- Support the integrity and timelines of clinical trial supply packaging
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management teams
The Candidate:
- Good level of English and Maths
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in IT systems, including Word and Excel and be able to learn on site systems
- The ability to work as part of a team, adopting a right first-time approach
Preferred Skills & Background:
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or a regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
