We have an opportunity for a Production/Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment through planned and reactive maintenance. You will diagnose faults, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records to support compliance and operational excellence. This position offers the chance to contribute to continuous improvement and engineering projects in a collaborative environment.,

  • Monitor engineering equipment to deliver an effective maintenance schedule and improve reliability based on run hours.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on engineering equipment to enhance reliability.
  • Promote and implement working practices with production personnel to improve handling and installation or removal of tooling and ancillary equipment.
  • Assist with machine breakdown issues related to engineering and support the wider team with engineering solutions and project management as required by the business.
    Apprenticeship in a relevant field or proven experience.
  • Detailed understanding of engineering issues and improvement processes.
  • Skilled analytical thinker with the ability to critically assess requirements and select the best approach to meet company objectives.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels to achieve engineering targets.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and highly competent manner.
  • Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and use required office equipment.
