Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable Lead Supervisor to support and lead a busy AP team at our expanding Swindon site. You will supervise a team of seven Accounts Payable Analysts, overseeing high-volume AP activities, driving performance, and supporting UK sites within a fast-paced Shared Services environment. The Accounts Payable function plays a critical role in managing the processing and review of all global transactions between Catalent and its suppliers—ensuring invoices are approved, processed, and paid accurately and on time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading teams through growth and continuous improvement.
The Role:
- Supervise day-to-day activities within the Financial Shared Service Centre Accounts Payable team
- Oversee assigned site processing and drive successful AP KPIs
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex invoice processing queries
- Build strong relationships with global sites and lead weekly or bi-weekly AP resolution meetings
- Serve as a senior member of the Global Shared Services team, ensuring timely and compliant vendor payments
- Mentor and coach Accounts Payable Analysts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
