We are currently looking for a Casual Driver to support our Toyota and Lexus operations across Bournemouth and Poole. This is a flexible, zero-hours role, ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a professional automotive team. Hours will vary depending on business requirements, and there is no obligation to accept work offered.

Your Day

As a Casual Driver, your duties may include:

• Carrying out basic vehicle quality checks before delivering or collecting vehicles.
• Refuelling vehicles when required.
• Receiving vehicles from transporters, inspecting them, and reporting any damage.
• Moving vehicles between our dealerships, preparation centre, storage compounds, and other locations.
• Supporting the Aftersales and Sales teams with vehicle logistics.
• Assisting with vehicle stock movements and car park audits.
• Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation and care.

Have You Got What It Takes?

• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A flexible and reliable approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A professional and courteous manner when dealing with colleagues and customers.
• Strong awareness of vehicle safety and care.

Hours of Work

This is a zero-hours casual position. Working hours are offered on an ad hoc basis to support operational requirements, including weekdays and occasional weekends where required. There are no guaranteed minimum hours.
