We are a specialist, heritage-led business supplying high-quality classic automotive lubricants to enthusiasts, workshops, and distributors worldwide. Our products are trusted by classic vehicle owners who care about authenticity, correct viscosity, and engine protection. It is a niche, passionate market with global reach and significant growth headroom.

Customer service, reliability, and relationship-building are central to how we operate.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and developing international distributor and trade accounts
- Increasing throughput, range penetration, and overall account performance
- Identifying and securing new distribution partners and routes to market

- Overseeing export processes, documentation, and coordination with freight and customs partners
- Working closely with operations and supply chain to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Representing the business at international trade events and customer meetings
Who this suits:

- Ideally, from an automotive, aftermarket, lubricants, engineering, or technical product environment
- Commercially sharp, organised, and comfortable handling both growth and operational detail
- Happy travelling and building relationships face-to-face
Package:
- £45,000–£48,000 salary plus performance bonus
- Hybrid working, Ely, Cambridgeshire base
- International travel opportunities
- A chance to join at a pivotal point in our growth journey
