The Role
A Sales Associate is a key role within our stores. You will be part of a hardworking team, working closely with premium product, customers and achieving daily targets. You will help customers step into the store and understand the Castore experience by informing them about our products and driving service and selling within our stores. We are recruiting for zero-hour contract Sales Associates.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
- Always provide excellent customer service.
- Advising and assisting customers.
- Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
- Conducting customer transactions.
- Replenishing stock on the shelves.
- Assisting with store deliveries.
- Replenishment of the store.
- Monitor and report on KPIs regularly (e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts).
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and add-on sales.
