Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store
- Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand
- Providing excellent customer service
- Advising and assisting customers on product features and fit
- Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty
- Conducting customer transactions
- Replenishing stock on shelves and assisting with store deliveries
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting on KPIs regularly (e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts)
- Identifying opportunities for up-selling and add-on sales
