The role of a Sales Associate is a key position within our stores. You will work with premium product, customers, and daily targets as part of a hard-working team.

Our aim is for customers to feel the Castore experience in-store. You will inform customers about our products and drive service and selling within our stores.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Advising and assisting customers.
  • Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
  • Conducting customer transactions.
  • Replenishing stock on shelves and assisting with store deliveries.
  • Replenishment of the store.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs regularly, e.g. Orders in store, E-receipts.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling products and add-ons.
