The role involves ownership of campaign setup and execution across PPC (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), driving growth through intelligent media buying, performance optimisation, and sharp creative feedback. Agency experience is a plus, and you’ll work closely with the Head of Performance and Creative teams to test, scale, and refine our paid strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, management and reporting of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for Castore and partner sites, with support from the Paid Media Manager and Senior Paid Media Manager.
  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to create reports on campaign results for senior management and partners.
  • Monitor daily performance, identify trends, and act quickly to improve results.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative and design teams to brief ad assets and iterate based on performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, including traffic volume and costs, to identify potential keyword opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to ensure all campaigns are implemented and aligned with business strategy.
  • Review competitor activity and industry trends to find innovative ways to market our products.

Skills & Experience

  • Ideally experience in Paid Media (agency or in-house) or a recent graduate in Marketing with keen interest to learn and develop in Paid Media.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
  • Proven track record managing significant ad budgets and driving ROAS.
  • Analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Looker/GA4.
  • Proactive mindset with a test–learn–iterate approach.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and willingness to learn and improve.
  • Previous agency-side experience or experience managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience in eCommerce, especially DTC.
  • Knowledge of creative best practices for performance ads.
