The Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Executive to join our growing performance team. This hands-on role involves full ownership of campaign setup and execution across PPC (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.). You will drive growth through strategic media buying, performance optimization, and providing creative feedback.
Agency experience is highly valued. We work quickly and appreciate team members who can manage campaigns end-to-end independently. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Performance and Creative teams to test, scale, and refine our paid strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, managing, and reporting on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for Castore and partner sites, supported by the Paid Media Manager and Senior Paid Media Manager.
- Analyze campaign data to generate reports for senior management and partners.
- Monitor daily performance, identify trends, and act swiftly to improve results.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative and Design teams to brief ad assets and iterate based on performance.
- Conduct keyword research, including traffic volume and costs, to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to ensure campaign alignment with business strategies.
- Review industry trends and competitor activity to find innovative marketing approaches.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Paid Media (agency or in-house) or a recent Marketing graduate eager to develop in this space.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Proven ability to manage significant ad budgets and achieve strong ROAS.
- Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with tools like Looker or GA4.
- Proactive, with a test-learn-iterate mindset.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Enthusiasm for industry trends and continuous learning.
- Previous agency experience or managing multiple accounts is preferred.
- Experience in eCommerce, especially DTC.
- Knowledge of creative best practices for performance advertising.
