The Role
Lead the development and execution of retail-focused marketing strategies to elevate Castore\’s brand presence and enhance consumer understanding through insight and engagement. This pivotal role requires a brand-centric marketer with proven experience in retail and omnichannel campaign delivery, understanding that great marketing is both engineered and inspired.
Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Act as a guardian of brand integrity and consumer mindset across all campaign activity, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Creative/Production team to deliver mainline campaigns from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
- Manage production timelines and execution of POS toolkits, window displays, and partner campaign packs.
- Oversee the implementation and daily management of the Castore DAM for data analysis to inform future briefs.
Retail Marketing Leadership
- Manage relationships across Castore\’s distributor and retail network.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across owned retail stores, distributor partners, and wholesale accounts.
- Develop and execute seasonal retail plans to drive traffic, increase sell-through, and bring the brand to life in physical spaces.
- Partner with retail operations to optimize in-store experiences and local activations.
Commercial Strategy & Performance
- Support the Head of Marketing Mainline in developing and evolving the Castore consumer profile, using research and data insights.
- Translate campaign insights and trading performance into smarter executions.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across retail activations and partner campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead marketing efforts for store openings, partner campaigns, and retail events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize asset utilization with wholesale and disruptor networks.
- Work closely with wholesale and retail partners on co-branded activations reflecting Castore\’s premium positioning.
