Responsibilities
- Manage online product assortment and promotions.
- Oversee website performance, usability and customer journey.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and all promotional activity.
- Analyse sales performance and optimise product visibility.
- Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, merch and product teams.
- Monitor performance using GA and Shopify Analytics.
- Work with developers on site improvements and optimisations.
- Manage and mentor e‑Commerce Executives.
Key Skills
