The Role

Our children at Caston are looking for a kind and supportive teaching assistant to help support their learning, develop their skills and celebrate successes. With a particular in interest in SEN work, you will be working across our village school with groups of children, and individuals to seek the best possible outcomes.

Recently judged by Ofsted to be ‘good’ in all areas, our team is a strong one, having deliberately focussed on developing a curriculum which works and Ofsted praised as ‘inclusive’.

Working Hours

The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday, 8.45am-3.20pm.
