Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for several ambitious candidates to join a well-established company as warehouse order pickers. You need to be motivated and driven and have the desire to learn new skills. If this is you, we look forward to your application.
Your role as a Warehouse Coldstore Picker:
- Picking items within the freezer department (up to -25 degrees)
- Previous 4on 4off experience required
- Using manual handling best practices as part of the picking process
- Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects
- Preferred voice picking experience and MHE (LLOP, FLT, PPT) experience
- Cold store picker working 6.5 on 8-hour shift
- Breaks as a cold store picker (1 x 30mins paid, 1 x 20mins paid 1 x 10mins paid, 1 x 30mins unpaid each 12-hour shift)

Shifts and Salary:
Pay rate as a Warehouse Coldstore Picker:
- Basic Payrate Β£12.56 p/hr.
- Night shift allowance between 1900 to 0700 at Β£2.12
- Bank Holidays double pay (terms and conditions apply)
What shifts are available?
- Days: 07:00 until 19:00 4on 4off
- Afternoon: 15:00 until 23:00 any 5 out of 7 including weekends
