Job Description

Job Role / Duties:

  • Picking and packing orders on a LLOP truck using a voice pick system
  • This may include some de-kit work (disposal of rubbish returned to us from Coop stores, and disassembling cages)
  • Working in the chill chamber of the warehouse (between 2 and 5 degrees)
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations

Values change during the Afternoon shift:

Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00

  • Mon – Fri | 14:00 – 18:00 | £12.21
  • Mon – Fri | 18:00 – 22:00 | £12.66
  • Saturday | 14:00 – 18:00 | £14.77
  • Saturday | 18:00 – 22:00 | £16.88
  • Sunday | 14:00 – 18:00 | £15.09
  • Sunday | 18:00 – 22:00 | £17.20

Overtime (hours worked over 40h): £15.83/hour

Total values of possible rotas:

Mon – Fri: £464.20 (EVERYONE works at least one weekend day from the 3rd working week onwards)

  • 4 weekdays Saturday: £497.96
  • 4 weekdays Sunday: £500.52
  • 3 weekdays Sat & Sun: £534.28
  • Values above refer to 8h/day shifts

The role is 5 days out of 7 and does include some weekend work. This is a permanent afternoon shift role.
