Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:
- You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday
- DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £12.45 to £20.55 per hour
- Weekdays: £12.45p/h | Weekends £14.32p/h
- BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £14.32 to £20.55 per hour
- Weekdays: £14.32p/h | Weekends £16.19 p/h
- NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £14.78 to £20.55 per hour
- Weekdays: £15.57p/h | Weekends £17.44p/h
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
- Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety.
- Achieve pick rate targets set for the team – 90%
- Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff.
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
