We are seeking an experienced Production Operator with FLT to work for our client on a permanent contract centring on a permanent back shift. Due to the company location, it will prove advantageous for candidates to hold their own transport. The successful candidate MUST hold an in-date Counterbalance FLT License.
Job Role / Duties:
- Ensure documented pre-start checks are undertaken
- Efficient and safe production methods adhered to at all times
- Ensure machines are running to the agreed standards of speed, cleanliness and quality
- Liaise with Engineers regarding breakdowns of equipment to ensure minimum downtime
- Contribute to daily production targets
- Loading and unloading of machinery
- Completing general FLT duties
THE PERSON:
- Experienced at following verbal and written process
- Computer literate with accurate data inputting skills
- Proven ability to working with production machinery
- Holds an in-date Counterbalance FLT License
Shifts & Salary:
- Monday - Thursday, 15.00 - 24.00 and Friday 11.00 - 16.00
- The role pays £12.57 p/h, with a weekly shift allowance of £60.34. This equates annual salary of £29,283.28
- Additional benefits should you transfer as a permanent employee
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
