Our client is looking to recruit several production operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will work on continuous production lines in Process, Picking & Packing, or Wrapping.
- You will be responsible for carrying out basic quality checks and maintaining high production standards.
- You will develop and represent the understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems, and Health & Safety in the workplace.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment is essential.
- Manual handling or lifting may be required for up to 15kg as part of the team.
Shifts and Salary:
- For the first 12 weeks Days: £12.21 p/h | Overtime: £17.60 p/h
- For the first 12 weeks Nights: £12.52 p/h | Overtime: £18.78 p/h
- After 12 weeks Days: £12.75 p/h | Overtime: £19.13 p/h
- After 12 weeks Nights: £13.85 p/h | Overtime: £20.78 p/h
- Overtime is paid over 40 hours.
We have a range of shifts available as a Production Operative:
- Day shift: 06:00am - 18:00pm | 06:00pm - 14:00pm | 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Night shift: 18:00pm - 06:00am | 22:00pm - 06:00am
