Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for several ambitious candidates to join a well-established company as picker packer. You need to be motivated and driven and have the desire to learn new skills. If this is you, we look forward to your application.

Job Responsibilities:

As a picker packer your duties will include:

  • Receiving and sorting parcels into relevant post codes
  • Handling the full range of products sold by our client
  • Following our client’s internal processes and procedures
  • Placing packages onto the sorting belts
  • Soring packages on the sortation belts
  • Preparing trolleys for delivery associates
  • Checking accuracy in the packages that have sorted
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
  • Communicate effectively within the workplace

Shifts and Salary:

Day shifts £14.50 per hour

Night Shift £16.82 (£2.32 Night shift allowance) per hour for night shift time)

Day time Over time

21.70 per hour for (40-50 hours

£29 overtime per hour (50-60 hours

For Night over time

£25.23 per hour 40-50 hours

£33.64 per hour for 50-60 hours
