Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) manages over 7,400 homes in the North of England. Our in‑house team, Castles & Coasts Services (CCS), handles repairs, maintenance, and other services for CCHA properties.

Your Role:
- Be part of a professional and customer‑focused team.
- Provide efficient, effective and high standard of work.
- Support the team to conduct repairs and maintenance activities safely, minimising downtime and maximising productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Work with other teams, external suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs A*-C (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths.
- Experience of working within cyclical, planned and/or responsive maintenance programmes.
- Use of bespoke IT systems, especially mobile working and job control software.
- Computer literacy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
