Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is recruiting a permanent full-time Project Management Officer & Portfolio Analyst (36.25 hours per week).
Location: Carlisle, Newcastle and Workington.
Salary: £36,421–£39,061 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Support portfolio governance within a structured PMO/portfolio-managed environment.
- Analyse performance data to assure delivery against agreed standards and generate high-quality insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to support effective decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, data quality, and governance standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in project management, portfolio governance, and data analysis.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative environment.
