Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Customer Experience Assistant, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £24,440 – £26,725 per annum.

As a Customer Experience Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our complaints process, deliver upon recommendations made by our involved residents and manage continual service feedback from residents.

We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes experience of working in social housing, delivering great customer service and enjoys working with and meeting new people.
