Multi‑Skilled Trades Operative (Electricians, Joiners, Plumbers, Plasterers, Painters and Decorators)
Mobile role, based throughout (or in) Cumbria
Up to £39,608 per annum (Dependent on Core Trade Skill) + Additional pay for Overtime, Stand‑By, Call Outs
Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)
Pension scheme: up to 8% employer contribution
Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary

- Ensure high standards of work and safety.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade skill (electrician, joiner, plumber, plasterer).
- Experience in property repairs.
