Electricians – Join Our Team as a Multi‑Skilled Trades Operative!

Location: Mobile role, based throughout (or in) Cumbria

Salary: £39,608 per annum (Dependent on Core Trade Skill) + Additional pay for Overtime, Stand‑By, Call Outs.

Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)

Pension Scheme: up to 8% employer contribution

Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary

About Us: Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) manages over 7,400 homes in the North of England. Our in‑house team, Castles & Coasts Services (CCS), handles repairs, maintenance, and other services for CCHA properties.

Your Role:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on tenanted and vacant properties.
  • Ensure high standards of work and safety.
  • Work with other trades and contractors.
  • Record completed work and materials used.
  • Respond to emergency job requests.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade skill (electrician).
  • Experience in property repairs.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
