Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Surveyor (Assets), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of ÂŁ38,760 - ÂŁ41,310 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Property Services Asset Team at CCHA as a Property Surveyor (Assets). We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:
- Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline
- Knowledge of housing construction and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures
- A positive attitude to provide a first-class service to our customers when delivering improvements to their homes
- Experience or knowledge of the “Social Housing” sector
- Construction health & safety legislation
- Good communication skills capable of working with standard and bespoke computer & software systems
