Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Economic Development Team, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the daily operation of the Visitor Information Centre (VIC).
  • Support the delivery of excellent visitor services and ensure consistently high standards of customer care in line with Tourism NI benchmarks and public feedback.
