The Paddocks is currently on a structured improvement journey following a CQC inspection in August 2025. Over the past several months, we have strengthened our leadership team, introduced new systems, and made meaningful progress. We are now looking for an Interim Home Manager who can help us continue building on this positive direction and support the team in embedding the improvements already underway.
We are seeking someone confident, steady and improvement focused. You will provide day to day leadership, guide and support the staff team, and help maintain quality, safety, and a positive culture across the home. You will also play an important role in sustaining the progress we have already made and ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:

What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care with Dementia care experience
- A proven track record of leading improvements or turning services around
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- A supportive, approachable leadership style
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
- Someone able to build trust with staff, residents, relatives and other stakeholders
- Must be IT literate with Microsoft 365
