Role: Compliance and Quality Manager
Location: Multiple locations across Norfolk and Suffolk

Overview and Purpose of the Role:
The Compliance and Quality Manager will play a critical leadership role in safeguarding the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of our care services. This role is central to ensuring that our policies, procedures, and practices meet and exceed the expectations of regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and PAMMS.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with operational leaders, regulatory bodies, and quality teams to ensure our services are always inspection-ready and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance of policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely updates.
- Maintain a centralised policy index and review schedule.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare services for external inspections.
- Monitor compliance trends and drive improvement plans.
- Act as final approver for policy documents and quality reports.
- Manage relationships with CQC, Local Authority, and other regulatory bodies.
- Investigate quality-related complaints and respond to regulatory enquiries.
- Oversee action plans for CQC and PAMMS until completion.
