- Hire A-players: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks.

What you'll need
- Proven track record of hiring A-players in a fast-paced environment.
- Precise sourcing skills (we don't only rely on inbound applicants).
- Resourcefulness, ability to leverage LinkedIn as well as the network of the current team to source potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills; you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates.
- High EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. You value candidates highly and provide them with a world-class experience throughout the process.
- Excellent organisation skills, being able to manage candidates' funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence. We believe in providing a white glove experience for our candidates and stakeholders.
