About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We’re still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth. If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Growth Analytics Manager to join our Growth team. This is a critical, high-impact role where you will be the owner of our growth data, budget, and financial planning, across our 4 core markets. You will transform raw data into actionable strategies, working hand to hand with the Head of Growth and founders to accelerate business performance. If you are passionate about blending complex data analysis with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that directly influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire user journey (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
  • Conduct complex, rigorous analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, lifetime value (LTV) forecasting) to identify opportunities for growth optimization and understand 'why' user behavior changes.
  • Design, implement, and analyze controlled experiments, providing clear, statistically significant recommendations to product and marketing teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role.
  • Background in McKinsey, BCG or Bain is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with a modern data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to work with statistical tools or languages for data analysis (e.g., Python/R is a strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of statistical significance and the proper execution/analysis of A/B/n testing.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how marketing investment impacts the P&L.

Why join us

  • Competitive salary.
  • Sign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the company.
  • Discretionary performance bonus (stock options).
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
  • Private health insurance.
  • Latest technology to work with.
  • Be part of our growing London hub, working alongside the founders and senior leaders.
  • A world-class team where you’ll learn fast and grow even faster.
