Castle Hill is a vibrant, creative school where the children are enthusiastic and happy learners. We are seeking to recruit a Premises Manager to be initially based at our temporary site at Ewood Lane and assist with and manage elements of the move and transition to the new school building on Halifax Road later in the year.
- To manage the building and equipment in an efficient, legally compliant way.
- To undertake efficient maintenance and security of the building, carrying out manual and repair when appropriate.
- The ability to delegate larger projects to contractors.
- To complete all paperwork pertaining to Health and Safety including risk assessments/audits/policies/compliance log.
- To lead the team of cleaners with high expectations of standards.
