GP Opportunities in the Heart of Cumbria where work-life balance truly exists. We are looking for both full-time and part-time GPs to join our friendly team in Cockermouth, a thriving market town on the edge of the breath-taking Lake District National Park. We are keen for candidates who wish to focus on delivering core family practice, getting back to basics, and focusing on delivering exceptional levels of patient care and outcomes.

We care for 18,100 patients from our modern, purpose-built surgery inside Cockermouth Hospital. You’ll be working in bright, well-equipped clinical rooms alongside a supportive, welcoming team. We are currently developing revised ways of working under a new leadership and management team to improve our CQC outcome. There may be a future partnership opportunity for the successful candidate.
Main duties of the job: The successful candidate will manage a patient caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
