Heart of Yorkshire Education Group is seeking proactive Inclusive Learning Mentors to join the Inclusion team across Wakefield, Castleford and Selby campuses. You will support learners with SEND and other vulnerabilities on vocational programmes, helping them access learning and progress toward preparing for adulthood outcomes.
You will analyse student needs, liaise with colleagues to drive inclusive practice and provide training on SEND and inclusion.
