About the Role
As our group continues to thrive with record growth among 16-18-year-old students, we’re seeking dynamic and passionate English Lecturers to join our forward-thinking team. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learners by delivering outstanding teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, helping students reach their full potential.
If you’re an enthusiastic professional who promotes excellence in behaviour, motivation, and learner performance, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a dedicated team player, you’ll be driven by the desire to support students to succeed. Ideally, you’ll hold a degree in English, or a related field. However, we welcome applicants with other relevant higher-level qualifications who are eager to make a difference.

You will have:
- A degree in English or other related discipline
- GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- A PGCE or other recognised full teaching qualification is desirable
- Experience of teaching GCSE or Functional Skills qualification
