Assistant Client Manager (Portfolio Clients) works with Client Managers on Portfolio Client accounts. Makes sure all Portfolio Clients have an excellent experience regardless of the service they need. Processes client-related tasks, maintains accurate records, prepares documentation, and supports the delivery of excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively with clients by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
- Ensure all Portfolio Clients are contacted on a regular basis.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with the Portfolio Clients, keeping them informed, answering queries, and arranging review meetings.
- Work alongside Client Managers to prepare reports, ensuring client facing documents are accurate, on time and appropriate for the client.
- Identify client needs at a review and collaborate with other colleagues and teams where appropriate, to meet those needs.
- Seamless and timely implementation of Portfolio Client instructions: processing of new funds, strategy changes, transfers in and out, cash withdrawals, ISA subscriptions, SIPP transactions.
- Articulate our services to clients and identify business opportunities based on their needs.
- Complete Portfolio Client new business workflows from initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate client records across systems (Nexus, iO and MoneyInfo) and update records promptly.
- Obtain information from third-party providers.
- Provide clear updates on progress and any other actions, inform clients where relevant and process instructions where necessary.
- Support Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) applications, renewals and fee collection for Charity clients.
