Castlefield is delighted to be supporting a Healthcare client with the appointment of motivated Clinical Team Lead to join their Surgical Services Team. You will work closely with senior leadership to help coordinate day-to-day operations and support the wider team in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care.
- Support the smooth running of pre-assessment and surgical services across sites
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to nursing and administrative teams
- Help maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and experience
- Contribute to rota coordination, capacity planning, and patient flow, including reducing delays
