Strategic Finance Business Partner | Housing | Hybrid Working | Excellent Benefits

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Strategic Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of transformation, and make a positive impact.

• The role will be responsible for leading a customer‑focussed, value adding business partnering team
• Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level
• Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision‑making
• Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Authority is able to deliver its strategic priorities
• Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies

The person;

• CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
• Proven business partnering approach
• Experience within the Public Sector – Housing or Local Government desirable
