Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Strategic Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of transformation, and make a positive impact.
The role will be responsible for:
- Leading a customer‑focussed, value adding business partnering team
- Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level
- Demonstrating understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision‑making
- Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Authority is able to deliver its strategic priorities
- Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies
The person:
- CCAB / CIMA qualified, or equivalent
- Proven business partnering approach
- Experience within the Public Sector
