Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in a fast-paced reputable authority and play a pivotal role in shaping the running of the Financial Management team.
The role will be responsible for:
- Leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team
- Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level
- Contributing to the development of business cases, service costings and cost-benefit analysis for revenue and capital projects
- Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Authority is able to deliver its strategic priorities
Qualifications:
- CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
- Proven business partnering approach
